This pebble-shaped handset is the ultimate in style. Coming in five funky colours, the Genio Touch has a customizable homescreen and pop-up SNS (social-networking sites) notification alerts.

The Genio Touch, Samsung's brand spanking new touchscreen handset that comes in an eye-popping range of colours, made its debut on 5 November.

Cute and curvy and in a range of funky colours, the Samsung Genio Touch has a big and bright user interface that makes it easy for users to tweet, Facebook and surf the web on the go.

Like other Samsung touchscreen handsets, the Genio Touch has a customisable home screen for you to drag and drop your chosen widgets into place, but the best feature has to be the pop-up SNS (social-networking sites) notification alerts.

There is also direct access to YouTube, Flickr, Picasa and Photobucket, as well as a built-in FM radio.

Instead of password protecting your Genio Touch phone, you can unlock with finger gestures: you smart unlock your handset by drawing a chosen letter on the screen.

The diminutive Samsung Genio Touch comes in Jamaican Yellow, Minimal White, Festival Orange or Cupid Pink, and is available from Meteor, Vodafone and The Carphone Warehouse from €119 prepay.
