Toshiba refreshes portable DVD player lineup
22.02.2010

The DVD format is a long way from dying out, kind of like the racket that bored kids make from the backseat of the car on long trips, which is why the portable DVD player is still a winner in the consumer electronics market.
Proving the market for the portable DVD player, Toshiba has even brought out two new models - the SDP74 (a 7-incher) and the SDP94 (a 9-incher) - with an emphasis on style and design, as well as portability.
They have up to four hours of battery life on a single charge and support DivX, MP3 and JPEG media formats.
The 7-inch model comes in a classy white finish while the 9-inch one is more of a grown-up glossy black, and both come with a full accessory kit, including a car adapter, headphones, carry case and remote control.
Both the Toshiba SDP74 and SDP94 are in the shops from early March.
